WHAT'S POURING

THREE TAPS.
ALL NIGHT.

Three brand-new Sprizzini pours, first time on tap anywhere — plus a case of limited-release bottles under the cloche. Real spirits, real fruit, real botanicals. The alcohol-free pour comes off the same line, so nobody gets handed a sad glass of soda.

Salted Grapefruit
Limoncello 8%

Grapefruit, limoncello, citrus, salt, bubbles. Sour, salty, gone.

Tequila
Hugo Spritz 8%

A spa in a glass. Tequila, elderflower, cucumber water, bubbles.

Peach & Mango
Lambrusco 9.5%

Merlot, Campari, triple sec, orange, peach, mango, tiny bubbles. The big one.

Not on tap. Limited-release bottles and special editions, opened through the night. You find out what's in them when one's in your hand.

Every RSVP is an entry. At nine we pull one name and Rough Works designs and builds that person — or their business — a brand-new five-page website. Free.

  • One entry per RSVP'd guest. You have to be in the room at 9PM to claim it.
  • Up to five pages, designed and built by Rough Works, launched on your domain, with twelve months of hosting.
  • You bring the words and pictures; we bring the rest. Copywriting and photography aren't included.
  • Brochure sites only — no online store, booking system or custom app.
  • Kick-off by December 31, 2026. No cash value, not transferable. Rough Works and Sprizzini teams can't win.
