WHAT'S POURING
Three brand-new Sprizzini pours, first time on tap anywhere — and a fourth tap we're keeping under the cloche. Real spirits, real fruit, real botanicals. The alcohol-free pour comes off the same line, so nobody gets handed a sad glass of soda.
Grapefruit, limoncello, citrus, salt, bubbles. Sour, salty, gone.
A spa in a glass. Tequila, elderflower, cucumber water, bubbles.
Merlot, Campari, triple sec, orange, peach, mango, tiny bubbles. The big one.
Mystery pours all night — small batch, one-offs, and alcohol-free. You find out when it's in your hand.
